INFORMATION  

Our unique products are hand crafted in South Africa, from locally sourced fabrics.  Each product is made with love and care.

Each leotard is created in limited quantities of each fabric design to keep the dancewear as close to one-of-a-kind as possible.  Therefore we cannot guarantee that leotards will be recreated using the same fabric design once stock has been sold out.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks to create.  Please contact us at info@leapingleotard.co.za to request your custom order.


CARE GUIDELINES

Please follow these guidelines to ensure your garment stays beautiful for longer:

  • Machine wash or hand wash in cold water
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Dry away from direct sunlight
  • Use a washing bag to protect your garment
  • Do not wring


DELIVERIES

We only deliver within South Africa.  A local courier company will be used for all deliveries.

We are situated in Centurion if you would prefer to collect your order.

All purchases will be confirmed via email.  

All online purchases will be sent out within 3 business days.

Custom purchases will be sent out within 4 to 6 weeks.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we don't accept exchanges.  We only carry limited stock in each fabric design and size and therefore cannot guarantee that your preferred size will be available.  The sizing chart is provided to limit sizing issues.  Please ensure you place your order accordingly.


Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return any products to us.  Please follow the process to ensure a successful return and refund:

  • Please start the return process by sending us an email at info@leapingleotard.co.za.
  • All products to be returned within 7 days from receipt of the product.  
  • The returned products should be in the same condition in which you received it.  In other words unworn, unwashed and with the original hang tag still intact.
  • All returns are at your own cost and risk.  
  • Once your returned order has been received, we will inspect the product and if all is in order we will process your refund within 7 days.
